Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. After only one year, she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Professional Card in order to finish her university studies. In 2015 she continued her path from last year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance, she continued competing throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took her first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. In the show, she finished at third. In June of 2016, she won named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and was crowned 6th place, within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more proud of the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows that use single arm lat pull-downs. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. The supersetting of all exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is what she does.
