Diana Vreeland, the editor in chief at Vogue Magazine, requested that Ann take her picture for her debut Vogue magazine cover within a few days. Ann later became one of the top models across the United States, appearing on the covers of some of the most popular magazines for fashion. This comprised Vogue Bazaar as well Cosmopolitan. After two years Ann began to appear on international fashion shows modeling successfully in Europe as well as Japan in the role of face of big brands in the cosmetic industry like Max Factor Revlon and Chanel.
